I’m Parisa, a wedding photographer based in Austin, Texas. I’ve captured over 100 weddings since 2016 and love being part of such a special and significant day in the lives of so many people. My couple’s would describe my work as classic, joyful, and nostalgic. I use a combination of digital and film style photos to evoke the emotions and nuances that make your wedding day uniquely yours.
One of my favorite childhood memories is from when my family and I would visit my grandparents in the summers. I loved looking through all the old photographs they had taken over the years. The two that I always come back to are framed portraits of them on their wedding day that hang in their home. They evoke a feeling of nostalgia and are a testament to the timeless nature of photographs.
When it comes to weddings, my goal is always to capture elegant and authentic images that are made for you and your loved ones to enjoy for a lifetime. My favorite moments on wedding days are unexpected – like when grandma decides to bust a move on the dance floor or when he says he’s not a crier but then can’t help it when he sees you walking down the aisle.
